Sunol - Little Yosemite 04-03-2005
For the last day of Mother's visit, we went back out to Sunol for a hike. We decided to visit little Yosemite. Little Yosemite is about a mile from the parking lot whcih I have not visited for quite a while. Seems that everyone had the same idea, the parking lot and trails were full of folks and their dogs.
I like the next picture a little better than the cover picture...
However, it does not show the whole area. After seeing Little Yosemite again, I have to go back when there are fewer folks around and do more extensive exploring. Also, the lupine and other wildflowers are really popping right now. There are a few California poppies but not as many as earlier years.
Dorothy, Finally a chance to visit your website and gallery after being introduced to your work at Aran's. Beautiful website with equally beautiful shots. Am just transitioning into digital after being a "film" guy. Would you be willing to talk sometime (email, phone, meet, whatever) about your equipment, technique and website.
