Went out today for a lovely afternoon shoot with the wonderful, Rachel Phillips. Everything looked beautiful today.
Hope that everyone had a happy Thanksgiving. Chip and I went to see the wonderful (and at times, horrifying) Slumdog Millionaires. I highly recommend the movie.
Maizy was extremely impatient to start her walk at Don Edwards tonight.
Went out last weekend for a night shoot with the extremely talented, Robert Kato.
Here is one inspired by Saul Lieter. I have been reading his book, Early Color.
This one started as a digital flag book mock-up. Somehow, it took a left-turn and turned into this long narrow image. Maybe, I will print this on sumi paper and make a flutter book instead.
The rainy season started here in California. Everything looks so clean and shiny after our first real rain of the season. This was taken with Chip’s new G10. The quality is really amazing.
Wow! Tough week at my house. Chip leaves town and I wipe out my Windows machine through stupidity. I had to re-install Windows and all my programs. I spent at least 24 hours of time trying to get !@#@! Photoshop, etc installed. Adobe your installation is a disgrace. I still cannot install all the components of Master Collection. I will not be updating anytime soon.
Here is one from the archives. I found this while doing restores from backup and do not think it has ever been posted before.
